    This Top 10 Law Firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Lawyer, 26 years PQE, to join within their Toptier City of London practice.

The Role
-
The IP Transactions team forms part of the wider international IP team, which offers full-service support to help our clients protect, exploit and defend their most valuable IP assets.
-
The team's work spans the firm's four sectors, namely Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Institutions, Asset Management and Investment Funds, and Telecoms, Media & Technology.

  • The team's transactional IP lawyers also lead the firm's focus on innovative areas such as FinTech and Digital Health. Many members of our team have science and engineering backgrounds
  • You will work on all types of transactions involving intellectual property, with a focus on licensing and collaboration agreements, related commercial arrangements and intellectual property aspects of M&A and investments in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.

Requirements:


  • You will be an Intellectual Property Lawyer, 26 years PQE, with expertise in transactional matters
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
