Assistant Site Manager - Residential New Build

A highly regarded residential developer has an opportunity for an assistant site manager to join them in Cornwall Working on a small scheme of premium coastal properties initially, taking the lead on finishing the last few plots and then moving to a new siteto assist the site manager.

**Applicants must have:

Previous experience in an assistant or supervisory role
A track record of working in the new build residential market
Have high standards of Health & Safety
A trade background
Excellent communication skills and a solid career history
Valid management site safety certificates, CSCS card

Attributes needed:

Experienced and able to organise trades
Thorough in your approach and not someone that looks to get the job done in any which way by cutting corners, but someone that has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work, in order to hand over an exceptional product
Drive and ambition to progress to Site Manager in the future
Organised
Excellent communicator
Strong IT skills
