New Role - HR Advisor (Regional)


Are you looking to develop your career in HR and have had a minimum of 3 years experience as an HR co-ordinator or advisor? This role is working for a great professional services company, who will really support you with your career development.

The company has offices across the East Midlands however this role is based in the Leicester and Birmingham offices of the business with travel once a month to Swansea.

The Job
You will be working closely with the trainees and their managers, offering HR Generalist support and managing projects too.

You will be involved with resourcing to support the recruitment team, onboarding, performance management and the full employee lifecycle, absence management, exit processes, engagement, rewards, and HR team support.


About You
We are looking for a proactive, passionate professional to offer their full support to the whole team.

You should be a detail oriented person who wants to make a difference offering the best service to the company as a whole.

You should ideally have CIPD level 3 (although support with qualification is available) with HR experience and have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Word/Excel especially data analysis and be competent using spreadsheets.

A good strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude will serve you well. You will be expected to manage your time efficiently and be self motivated. It is also essential you have a car and full driving license for this role.
