Description

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Band 3 A&C Team Administrator to work within the Oxford Health NHS Trust on a temporary agency contact.

This role will be based within the Oxford are and will be on a 6 month temporary contractwith possible extension.


Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Rates
£10.28 PAYE ( £12.50Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to the psychological therapies team within the hospital.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

Assist in all administration duties relating to the day to day running of the team/service:


  • Ensure the accurate collation, recording and input of patient information in Trust patient record systems:

Support data quality, audit and reporting of patient records within service:


  • Contact patients to support feedback and evaluation of service:
-
Order, check, maintain and distribute equipment and supplies for the team as required:


  • Receipt, code and forward invoices for payment:
-
Filing and photocopying and distributing and redirecting mail:


  • Accurately type and distribute correspondence, minutes and other documents

Essential Skills

Good telephone manner and be able to communicate verbally and in writing with patient, GP's and all levels of staff.
