The Role
Are you someone who is looking for a varied role?

At Saint Gobain Performance Plastics we are looking for an Export Administrator to exceed the requirements of internal and external customers by the provision of first-class customer service.

To prepare products and facilitate shipping.

This Export Administrator will be part of the logistics team which is responsible for the warehouse and export operations
- this role offers a great opportunity to work in an exciting and varied role. It will be split 50% between both the office and warehouse.
Standard working hours are Monday-Friday 08:30am-5pm however we are open to some flexibility on this.

What we're looking for:

Experience of working in exports or logistics
Strong English and Maths skills
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of the logistics industry and previous experience dealing with carriers
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
QAD is highly advantageous
Understanding of CPC codes for Exporting Goods

What you will be doing:

Creating and processing Export documentation, Invoices & delivery notes
Booking collections with carriers using their online portals
Processing of Orders
Loading and unloading of vehicles.
Dealing with carriers such as DHL, KNN, DB Schenker, TNT, Fedex and UPS.
Ensure orders and shipments are processed in a timely manner.
