Working in our Children's Homes
We are looking for flexible and awesome individuals to join our expanding Bank Team.

Our homes are in
Cullompton, Tiverton and Curry Rivel. As a member of the bank team you will need to be flexible, organised and available to travel to these areas.

We are seeking those who are skilled and experienced in working within children's homes and those who are enthusiastic and wish to change their career into this area.

As a SEMH Practitioner, you will support our children and young people and provide child-centred care. You will provide a kind, caring and fun place to live, helping our children and young people thrive. You will help them to achieve positive outcomes and give them a sense of stability and security.

Impact For Change are a small organisation who specialise in children's home services within Devon and Somerset. The organisation was founded in 2017 and have continued to grow.

We are a forward-thinking organisation who aim to achieve the very best opportunities for young people who we care for.

Available roles and benefits
There is flexibility in what we are offering with our casual 'bank' work opportunities.

Bank Member's of the team are offered the same perks and training opportunities as our full and part time staff teams.

Bank staff are £12ph and sleep ins paid at £83.36 per sleep in.
