Do you enjoy working in fast paced environments, managing a busy query in-box and high call volumes? Then you sound like a perfect match for this role

The focus of this role is to provide an outstanding customer service.

You should poses an excellent telephone manner, a team player attitude and be flexible within your role as Customer Service Executive.
