IT Support Engineer

Salary:
(£30,000 - £40,000)

We are looking for a bright, motivated, capable IT / OT Infrastructure Engineer to join our multi-discipline team designing, building, deploying and maintaining these complex IT OT solutions as well as our own internal IT networks.

You will be working on a range of exciting projects alongside colleagues in software development and technical support.

The Role;

1st and 2nd line IT support:
Handling service requests
Onboarding of new starters
User access requests
IT equipment requests and setup
Software installation requests
Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online administration
Incident and problem resolution
Delivery of IT and customer projects
New service/server deployments
ISO 27001 compliance and internal auditing not essential, but must have an interest in developing this area.
Asset lifecycle management, procurement, liaising with suppliers/providers
Routine maintenance, patching, testing, upgrades
