Job description:

As a Researcher within our Intelligence Directorate, you will:

Work in partnership with Intelligence Analysts, Officers, and colleagues from across our organisation, sharing intelligence and information in line with relevant standards.
Evaluate, assess and record information from multiple internal and external sources and conduct research.
Accurately maintain management activity systems and operational records in accordance with legislation and guidance.
Input data and maintain record management systems, ensuring there is an effective record management and audit trail.
Verify and crossreference how valid information is, to identify and communicate links between different pieces of information.
Undertake system checks to support our Intelligence Analysts and colleagues across the organisation.

Person specification:

We're looking for Researchers who have:

Great communication skills
to communicate confidently with a wide variety of stakeholders
The ability to consider the bigger picture and understand the importance and impact of information gathered
The ability to learn, and show enthusiasm for, new skills
Some knowledge of combatting economic crime, including working with law enforcement partners
Great skills at working as part of a team, as well as working independently

And who have experience of:
