About the Role


To manage a range of contracts to ensure that Children in Care are placed in appropriate, well matched, cost effective, quality placements that will meet their addressed needs and facilitate improvement outcomes.

To ensure that providers offer a performance led provision that prioritises quality and value for money.

To ensure that providers are delivering services in line with agreed contract, investigate and resolve allegations, complaints or difficulties arising with childrens placements.


About You

  • Contract management experience
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of performance management, uplifts, KPI's, variations and novation's
  • A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
