Description

You will have good administrative experience, experience in speaking with customers, ideally using databases and online systems, and be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent customer service and a flexible approach to work are essential.

Salary :
£22,800

Responsibilities

  • Checking all customer documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance
  • Chasing active customer's and lead generators to send us relevant documents in a timely and effective manner
  • Proactively report back any queries/issues/delays to team and management
  • Manage our department inbox
  • Recording accurately all aspects of documentation for monitoring and reporting purposes
  • Working as part of the team to assist in process improvement and implementation of new processes
  • Work confidently in a fast paced environment within KPI structure
