Do you enjoy working in a challenging and fast paced environment, making a significant difference to the lives of Young People? If so, you may be interested an exciting and challenging secondment opportunity that has become available.


Based in the Quality Assurance and Market Management Team, you will be working with Supported Accommodation providers, supporting them through their registration journey.

The new requirement for the OFSTED registration of Supported Accommodation providers offers a unique opportunity to make significant and sustained improvements across this sector and this role will be the lynch pin of Warwickshire County Council's work in this area.


This will be a challenging role requiring someone with significant resilience and the ability to make plans, take decisions and act, all independently.

You will have experience in working with people to help them identify routes to improvement and supporting them on that improvement journey.

Knowledge and experience of change management would be extremely beneficial. You must also have a robust understanding of OFSTED registration requirements and their inspection regimes.


The post is for two years from start date and is a full time, Hay 10, Tier 4 role - reporting directly to Olivia Cooper, Head of Quality Assurance and Market Management.
