Here at HMP Dovegate, it takes a whole team of people to keep the facility safe, secure and in proper working order.
We are currently recruiting for a FM Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for ensuring all supporting administration elements of the contract are maintained and completed to support contract delivery.
Working in Custodial is an intensely pressurised environment so you must also be confident in your ability to communicate effectively, with a high level of customer service skills.
As our FM Administrator, you will operate the FM helpdesk utilising the CAFM system and be the initial point of contact and provide regular updates to those who have logged issues.
You will support the FM Manager with procurement activity both locally and within the framework provided by the procurement lead.
You'll work closely with the wider contract team to ensure seamless operations and help maintain accurate asset information within the CAFM system, keeping all data current and reliable.
What you'll need to do the role: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to converse to all levels across the business. PC literate, with use of Microsoft Office. Competent knowledge of CAFM systems. Good analytical and organisational skills. Self-motivation and ability to manage time and priorities well. Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving. Sound understanding of Facilities Management.
