- Provide exceptional customer service to homeless applicants and key partners.
- Offer specialist homelessness casework to single applicants with complex support needs, ensuring all aspects of casework align with national, regional, and local legislation, strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance outcomes for single homeless applicants with complex needs and housing requirements.
- Contribute to embedding safeguarding best practices across the wider Housing Advisory Service.
- Participate in the development of the Homeless Casework Service and the wider Housing Advisory Service.
- Prior experience in providing specialist homelessness casework to single homeless applicants with complex needs, including those leaving institutions such as prisons and hospitals.
- Experience working in a council or housing association.
- Prior experience collaborating to improve outcomes for single homeless applicants with complex needs, including those leaving institutions.
- Able to consistently deliver high levels of customer service to single homeless applicants with complex needs.

The Homeless Casework Service is dedicated to supporting individuals who are homeless or living in temporary accommodation, helping them transition into stable and sustainable housing.
The Resettlement team collaborates with partners to facilitate smooth transitions and improve housing sustainment.
