We are looking for a bright, hard-working Administrator to join our Marketing Department, to help with a variety of administrative tasks.
You will be working with the e-Commerce Marketing Manager and the Product Marketing Manager and will be an important part of the team to help keep everything on track.
The role will involve helping to keep campaigns and new product launches on schedule and requires someone who has excellent communication skills and confidence in learning new systems.
You will be helping us with tasks such as:
- Input into Marketing campaigns working with the team to develop, plan and execute on customercentric campaigns
- Setting up new products on our product and ordering management system and uploading these to our various selling channels ready for launch.
- Updating listings on our marketplaces, such as Etsy and Ebay where required.
- Dealing with requests for the Marketing team from Zendesk and actioning where required (such as handling unsubscribe requests from our mailing lists)
- Helping with Marketing tasks where needed, such as writing product descriptions (with help of ecommerce marketing manager), posting on social media and dealing with Facebook customer messages (and liaising with customer services to answer these requests)
- Ordering in 3rd Party Jigsaw Puzzles to sell on our websites
- Helping to keep our websites up to date
- Updating our morning report
- Keeping our small team and our tasks on track
Who are we?
All Jigsaw Puzzles Ltd is a small company based in Hatherleigh, Devon. We have a busy warehouse that manufactures a variety of products, including jigsaw puzzles, personalised gift and geography equipment
We make and sell our own products and sell worldwide through our various websites and marketplaces, as well as to trade customers.
Requirements and Skills Needed
- We would require you to commute to our office in our Warehouse in Hatherleigh on a regular basis (at least 2 times a week) and the others days would be spent at home (however you can come into the office more regularly if you would prefer). _This is a flexible system and some weeks we may exclusively work from home or be in the office more frequently._
- Excellent Communicator
- Organisational skills
- Experience working in an office
- Previous Administrator experience
- Selfsufficient we are small, fast moving team
- Good attention to detail to help with proof reading etc
- Excellent at managing own work load
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Thinking creatively to solve problems
Nice to have:
- Experience with Shopify and Linnworks or a CRM system
- Proficient with Excel
- Some previous experience in a marketing team (but not essential)
Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
