Duration of Contract: 3 months initially but may continueLiquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clients Community Team in Surrey.
As a successful Community Occupational Therapist you will be covering the areas of Mole Valley, Elmbridge, Epsom, Ewell, and Banstead.
You will be working with clients in their own homes across Mid Surrey to support the wider reablement team in delivering strength-basedinput.

Your duties as an Occupational Therapist in Surrey:
- Assessment of clients in their own homes, use of clinical reasoning to manage needs
- Having strengthbased conversations that lead to a client strengthbased goals and

- Assessment and provision of equipment to aid reablement
