We are currently supporting a down to earth, sincere, and supportive General Manager to find an
Aftersales Manager tasked with growing the aftersales department.

This automotive dealership, based in
Blackburn, Lancashirehas a friendly team and an excellent reputation in the area.
Like you they are passionate about delivering an unparalleled service to customers as well as engaging with staff.

In the role of Aftersales Manager, you need to have proven experience in being able to independently manage and develop a customer focused and profitable aftersales department.

They very much like people who like to 'grow their own', your guidance and visionwill be integral to developing the people around you.

The Package
You will be looking at a basic salary of
£55,000with an
OTE of £82,000. You will also have a company Car as well as many other benefits.
