Divisional Product Trainer - Automotive
£28,000 - £31,000 plus bonus & company car


Wurth UK Head Office have a very exciting opportunity arise for a Product Trainer, to join our new Divisional Training team and participate in the ongoing development of the sales force's product related training activity, both offline as well as online.

Learning & Development plays a vital part of Würth's culture and the success of the work force.

The Divisional Product Trainers are on the front line of upskilling the work forces knowledge to ultimately increase revenue and sales as well as provide some of the best advice to our customers.

As a Divisional Product Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and delivery of blended learning journeys for new and existing colleagues within Würth UK & IE
  • Development of product related (digital) training content such as elearnings, videos, webinars, live streaming, and use of the Wurth Learning Management System
  • Liaise with the product management team to support the launch of new products into the sales force as well as product updates.
  • Live product demonstrations to end users, face to face and online.
  • Administration of all training activity; annual training calendar linking with the divisional strategy, registration of attendance, planning & organisation, testing and reporting
  • Keeping up to date with new & developing Würth products as well as market & competitor trends
  • Being innovative and continuously looking at new ways to deliver and improve digital training.


We are looking for someone that is proactive and enthusiastic, with experience in developing and delivering training, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

We would love you to have some experience in video editing and streaming software, however this is not essential as full training will be available.

Ideally you will have knowledge within the Automotive/or trade industry (preferable with some hands-on experience but not essential).

Full valid UK driving license & willingness to travel is a must.
