This is an exciting opportunity to join our Special Products' Underwriting Team based in Cardiff Bay.

This role allows you to work with a dynamic, friendly and experienced team of underwriters, to develop your underwriting skills and build relationships across the wider group.

You will work closely with the Special Products' Commercial Unit, attending presentations and participating in customer meetings.

We are looking for someone who preferably has:
a degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
an ability to interpret external reports and examine financial information
an understanding of UK and/or worldwide economics
an interest in worldwide current affairs
the ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
excellent written and verbal communication skills
