Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and develop our enthusiastic Heart Failure Service in a Tertiary Cardiothoracic Centre. The current Heart Failure Consultants provide dedicated Heart Failure clinics at New Cross and Cannock Chase Hospitals.

The service provides a daily in-reach service for in-patients with Heart Failure throughout New Cross Hospital supported by Heart Failure Specialist Nurses.
