Osborne Appointments are supporting a global supply chain solutions provider based in Milton Keynes.

We are looking for passionate, people driven individuals to join the team of Maintenance Controllers on a position of Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator.

Are you passionate about customer service?
Have you got previous call centre experience?
Do you have some knowledge of commercial vehicles?

The Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator will provide excellent customer service, make decisions regarding vehicle maintenance and repair as well as issue invoices and take care of cost efficiency of operations.


As a Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator you will:

  • Initiate breakdown assistance for commercial vehicles
  • Advise and authorise repairs and servicing of company fleet
  • Authorise maintenance and mechanical repairs of vehicles
  • Log all repairs, services and interactions in the system
  • Issue invoices and take care of cost efficiency of operations
  • Support other departments as required

We are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in call centre environment
  • Good keyboard skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to think and react quickly
  • Keen interest in commercial vehicles or willingness to learn about them
