An award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy are now seeking an experience, passionate Senior Architect to join their expanding team in Manchester.

T
he Senior Technician Role

The Senior Technician will be involved in the delivery of projects at all RIBA stages, collaborating closely with a broad consultant team and therefore will be required to have previous experience as an Architect working with complex refurbishment projects.

The Senior Technician will join a small ambitious team and have support throughout with the opportunity for growth and progression.

The Senior Technician

3+ years' experience working as a Project Architect and Part 3 qualified essential
Equivalent professional degree
Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
Strong Revit experience
Proven ability of leading, managing and developing individuals and teams
Keen eye for detail and desire to continuously driveup standards
Must be organised and able to prioritise your own work to deliver on time
Have a strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulations
