Job Roles:
(Please note full training can be given in all the following area's if required)


Work Control:

- _Answering Service Line and

Booking Service Calls:
_ Handle inquiries, provide information, and efficiently book service calls.
- _

Ordering Equipment:
_ Manage the procurement process for Copier / IT- related equipment.
- _

Ordering Parts:
_ Ensure timely replenishment of the necessary parts.
- _

Stock Control:
_ Maintain accurate records of Copier / IT - related inventory and manage stock levels.
- _

Produce Service Contracts:
_ Develop and draft service contracts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.


Admin:

- _Answer and

Direct Phone Calls:
_ Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- _Organize and Schedule Appointments_
- _

Report Preparation:
_ Assist in the preparation of regular reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- _

Office Supplies Management:
_ Order supplies and optimize cost-efficiency.
- _

Contact Lists:
_ Maintain accurate contact lists.
- _Point of Contact:_ Act as the point of contact for both internal and external clients.


Qualifications:
(These are beneficial and not a requirement)

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
