We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Marketing Innovator to join our startup at In this role, you will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

You will work highly autonomously and highly self-motivated to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that align with our company objectives and target audiences.

Collaborate with clients to create and execute cohesive marketing plans.

Identify new marketing channels, partnerships, and technologies to expand our reach and grow our customer base.

Analyse data and track the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and optimise future efforts.

Create and manage a content calendar that supports our marketing objectives and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to better target our audience and position our brand.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors, to inform marketing strategies.

Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to support our marketing goals.

Continuously explore new marketing tactics and tools to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in our marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing events, webinars, and conferences.


Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on innovation and creative problem-solving.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-starter with a passion for staying current with marketing trends and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

£25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
