Up to £34,000 plus an annual bonus

Overview


An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, modern commerce business in the London's City Centre You will be joining a supportive Talent Team and be responsible for all things recruitment Managing the end to recruitment process.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment duties from screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating and making job offers across a variety of levels and roles for all teams across the business.
  • Get involved with supporting the early careers agenda
  • Build strong internal relationships and external relationships with agency partners
  • Oversee and track recruitment across the business, adding to the recruitment data metrics to help track, recruitment costs, vacancies, budgets etc.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to build the employer brand to better attract diverse talent.
  • Onboarding manage the HRIS
  • Work closely with the hiring manage to ensure all compliance for new starters are completed correctly

Requirements:


  • Previous Talent experience (360)
  • Team player
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Metric and data skills

Salary:
Up to £34,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
