Up to £34,000 plus an annual bonus

Remote-Hybrid - 2 days in the London offices / 3 days remote work
Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, modern commerce business in the London's City Centre You will be joining a supportive Talent Team and be responsible for all things recruitment Managing the end to recruitment process.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment duties from screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating and making job offers across a variety of levels and roles for all teams across the business.
- Get involved with supporting the early careers agenda
- Build strong internal relationships and external relationships with agency partners
- Oversee and track recruitment across the business, adding to the recruitment data metrics to help track, recruitment costs, vacancies, budgets etc.
- Work closely with the marketing team to build the employer brand to better attract diverse talent.
- Onboarding manage the HRIS
- Work closely with the hiring manage to ensure all compliance for new starters are completed correctly
Requirements:
- Previous Talent experience (360)
- Team player
- Stakeholder management skills
- Metric and data skills
Salary:
Up to £34,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
