What will I do?

The role of Accounts Administrator is to ensure that all orders are despatched and invoice and inputted accurately onto the ledger.

Analyse data from sage to ensure the business stock levels are where they should be for future work, along with identifying trends and providing management with weekly/monthly reports of that data.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are invoiced within a timely manner
• Identify stock trends
• Ordering stock for the business
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on stock
• Ensuring all stock levels are correct at all times
• Identify cost savings when goods/services are bought
• Assess how the business is performing
