Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for the entertainment and leisure industry? Our client is looking for an outstanding IT Helpdesk Engineer working with a team of 5 Engineers and provide first level support for IT related queries.

Youwill be required to go to the Liverpool site 3 times a week and the Warrington site once a week so having a drivers licence is essential.


As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical queries, troubleshooting and diagnosing user issues, liaising with vendors, and offering proactive advice to users.

You will also be expected to provide technical support to allinternal departments and answer any related triages.


The IT Helpdesk Engineer should be comfortable using Office 365, Windows 10 server and Active Directory as well as basic network technologies.

The IT Helpdesk Engineer should be customer focused, have excellent communication, be self-motivated, have problem-solvingskills and be hungry to learn new technologies.


Key Skills the IT Helpdesk Engineer will have:

  • At least 2 years IT Support experience
  • Fully proficient with Windows 10 Servers
  • Good experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and network technologies
  • Ability to complete installations of firewalls, Printers, Laptops and PC's
  • Drivers licence is essential
