Description
A well-established commercial property consultancy are now seeking an intelligent and hardworking Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.


The Building Surveyor role


The Building Surveyor will be joining the well-established Building Consultancy team, working on a variety of new build, refurbishment and development schemes across sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, residential and office.


Alongside this, the successful Building Surveyor will be working on the full scope of traditional Building Surveying professional services including schedules of dilapidations, measured surveys, party wall matters, expert witness and pre-acquisition surveys.


The Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • Ideally MRICS
  • Consultancy background
  • Relevant Building Surveying experience
