Description

The Role:
To provide support to a young boy who has multiple health conditions. These include mobility issues, autism, sensory processing disorder, ADHD and global developmental delay.

He is looking for a support worker to join his team, who will be expected to work during term-time and school holidays.


Main Duties

  • To attend the beach, and to go crabbing
  • To take him swimming (you will be expected to get into the pool)
  • To attend the cinema
  • To visit farms
  • To go shopping for ingredients, and then bake
  • To go to the zoo / Sealife centres
  • To play in the garden and at home

Personal Qualities and Attributes required:


  • Respectful of confidentiality and privacy
  • Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Respectful of dignity and independence
  • Good communication skills and social skills
  • Punctual, and flexible
  • Experience working with disabled children is essential
Car owner with driving license and business insurance essential


Hours:
hours per week, to be worked completely flexible.

£12.00 per hour
