Our client, a multi-national consultancy, is recruiting a Test Manager focused on the Infrastructure/Government/Healthcare sectors.


The role is a permanent opportunity with remote working with a view to being attached to any of the clients countrywide offices.

You must be eligible for UK security clearance.


The role:

  • Building test strategies and detailed test plansfor the delivery of testing on projects.
  • Providing compelling testing solutions to problems of moderate complexity.
  • Managing the execution of tests/suites and reporting results. Capturing run and key metrics over time.
  • Collaboratively working with client businesses and IT teams.
  • Managing the process of raising and resolving test defects in a structured manner.
  • Leading and manage testing on project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods.

Essential Experience required:


  • Experienced manager of medium to large testing projects across a variety of IT technology platforms.
  • Proactively engages in crossfunctional communications.
  • Coaching and mentoring of team members. You are a team leader with a passion to motivate, engage and instil learning culture on the job.
  • Excellent knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle.
  • Confident in developing advanced test plans, acceptance criteria and test conditions from user stories, technical designs and specifications.
