ASSET MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Our SME's assist with the thorough review and re-design of existing business practices and processes for all facets of a client's business. We are delivering accelerated operational ramp-ups to ensure on time, on cost project completion and time-to-production; We reduce operational conflicts across the silos to ensure "best for project" decisions are implemented, while moving the complexity out of your daily operations. You work with people at all levels within an organization to gain valuable business experience
Our solutions are customized to our client workplace, designed specifically for the client need at hand, ultimately engaging the hearts and minds of people to establish buy-in and maintain their involvement throughout the Proudfoot experience and beyond, empathy and emotional intelligence ate important success factors.
Experience Required
Our ideal SME Maintenance will have the following:
- Seven to ten years of overall experience in the industry maintenance / asset management arena, with three to five years within management consulting and five or more years in a supervisory or management role
Experience with Oil & Gas Downstream, Natural Resource and Industrial sectors:
- Prior experience in several of the following disciplines: industrial maintenance, asset management, engineering, supply chain management, training and education, organizational development, procurement, financial analytics, informational technology
- Exceptional presentation skills, and an uncanny ability to communicate a story and business case through analytics and ontheground observations
- The ability and confidence to lead clients through all phases of a consulting project, including Analytics, Solution Design, and Implementation
- Demonstrated ability to manage employees, client staff, and project costs effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, with the possibility of remote staffing for periods of up to one month
- CMRP Certification a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
