** £80 - £90 per day

The EAL Classroom Assistant:

For this EAL Classroom Assistant position, you must have experience working as an EAL Classroom Assistant with children and young people.

It is preferable that you are CELTA or DELTA qualified and have taught English as an additional language in a school (ora similar setting) previously.

You should be a patient EAL Classroom Assistant with strong communication skills and excellent classroom management.

You must have a car and a full UK Driver's licence to access the different schools throughout the day, and livein the Warwickshire area.

The EAL Classroom Assistant Role:

As an EAL Classroom Assistant, you will be supporting an EAL Teacher with delivering high-quality English lessons to non-English speakers.

It is important that you differentiate work to match the level of ability of the children you are working with.

As anEAL Classroom Assistant, you will also work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, providing learning support for pupils in need of additional assistance.

This role is located across the Warwickshire area, working in multiple schools who need additional support for EAL.

You will be working with pupils aged with mixed ability, ensuring you are providing sufficient support for pupils with additional needs.
