Signature recruitment are working with a leading law firm based in Bath in the hunt for a HR Advisor to come in and support on HR projects on a 6 month FTC.

The HR Advisor is responsible for the project management and delivery of the HR work streams resulting from the HR review that has been conducted recently.

They will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardise and strengthen HR practice across the organisation.

Salary & Benefits

Basical salary for up to £35,000 DOE.
Hybrid working, 2 days in office (other arrangement considered).

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organisation.
Ensure consistency in HR practices across all business areas especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, completion and termination of contracts and bring them in line with company values and fairness principles.
Data Analysis and Reporting where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Head of HR and the Regional HR Managers.
Report on project progress and status.
Update key stakeholders and bring in relevant parties for support.

Requirements:

CIPD qualified to Chartered Member or equivalent experience.
Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity involving but not limited to the areas of recruitment, reward and recognition, safeguarding, etc.
