Role Responsibilities
Joining this business as a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will:

  • Immerse yourself in an intensive training period and gain insight into how the business operates from the ground up
  • Receive product, skills and industry sales training both inhouse and with external training providers
  • Complete a programme of professional sales training
  • Work closely with an experienced senior manager mentor
  • Progress to a key customerfacing sales role within the business
  • Build relationships with B2B customers in your local area
  • Manage key customer accounts and your own diary
