By joining this lovely, friendly small business you will have a varied role speaking to many different people who are organising exciting, unique events across the UK such as festivals, shows, music events, conferences and charity shows/walks etc.
Customer Service Advisor Job role
- Helping & advising clients and customers when they make contact to ask for help in setting up events
- Using a unique software system
- Inputting details on the database
Must have skills

Experience in a similar customer based telephone role:
Confident with using IT systems including Excel:
Ability to navigate websites:

Ability to manage customer database
This Customer Service role can be anything from 3 to 5 days per week depending on your requirements. Start at 9 am and finish at 5.30 pm. The office is based near Booths in the town Centre of Kendal. Perfect for shopping at lunchtime. Car parking is £1 per day.
