Job Summary:

Operate 8 colour flexographic print presses independently;
Produce a consistently high quality print result;
Proactively implement print improvements;
Ensure regular maintenance of printing equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:
Operate 8 colour presses according to standard operating procedures.

Workload Management:
Manage individual printing tasks efficiently to meet specific deadlines.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all printed products meet the necessary specifications in terms of our ISO quality procedure.

Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality of printing equipment.

Material Handling:
Operate a pallet truck to move, load, and unload materials (training provided).

Training and Development:
Engage in training programs to enhance technical skills.

Communication:
Maintain effective communication with production and sales team members.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Pay:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
