Administrator
Contract:
Full-time, 6 month fixed-term contract
Location:
Huntingdon Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain records in our database systems.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring they are easily accessible and uptodate.
- Correspondence: Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Support Team: Assist other team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
