We are seeking a Workplace Assistant to be based at a standout site that is innovative, urban, sustainable, and based near St Paul's in the City of London.

Your duties will include:

Set up hospitality across the office
Keeping coffee points tidy
Cleaning client washrooms and monitoring landlord washrooms
Managing waste (inc. landlord deliveries)
Reporting health and safety issues
Touchpoint cleaning
Managing food consumables and stock levels

To be successful in this role you will need:

Have good time management and be a team player.
The ability to work unsupervised and take full responsibility for food preparation and cleaning standards.
To have a positive, proactive approach with the ability work in a professional manner.
