49 weeks+Site Supervisors required for long term contract in Aberdeen City.

Long term 1year contract could be extended | Public Sector | Good work-life balance | £20.00 p/h PAYE + holidays + pension

Great opportunity for a Site Supervisor/Site Foreman to secure long-term work, mainly working on housing refurbishment and domestic void properties in the Aberdeen City area.

You'll report to and work alongside the Senior Team Leader to lead a team of Work Planners, Chargehands and trades on specific tasks and project delivery for citywide multi-trade works within domestic or commercial citywide properties.

Pay rate - £20.00p/h per hr PAYE + paid holidays + pension.

As a Site Supervisor you must have experience of:

Leading a team in the construction industry
Have a SMSTS or SSSTS
You must have site supervisory experience with a trades background
City & Guilds, SVQ 3 or Modern Apprenticeship.
An understanding of building regulations and construction industry practices
Experience of running contracts & writing reports
Full UK driving licence
Asbestos awareness
First Aid

Pay and benefits include:
- £20.00 PAYE

Paid holidays & pension contributions
37 hours per week
Ongoing contract.

As Site Supervisor you'll be on a PAYE contract, where you accrue holidays separately from your wages at 28 days p.a.

pro-rata and contributions are made towards your pension as per current legislation.
