Description
As the Recruitment Coordinator Team Lead, key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the coordination of Page Outsourcing (PO)'s client projects & programs
- remotely and/or embedded within client systems.
- Liaising with the PO onsite delivery teams to ensure roles are released promptly to the appropriate delivery function within Page Group (and our 3rd party vendors where applicable).
- Respond to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through agreed escalation process.
- Manage interview scheduling activities across the PO client estate.
- Manage temporary worker renewals across our PO Managed Service (MSP) clients.
- Assist in the implementation of new contracts coming into PO ensure processes are adhered to and programmes are supported to deliver against the client contract.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to monitor open vacancies and progress.
- Act as a liaison for our temporary workforce population, monitoring inbox queries responding to basic queries or cascading to the appropriate team(s).
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the coordination team to ensure our client programmes are best in class.
- Other administrative duties as and when required by the accounts and delivery directorates.
- Mentor, manage and coach the PO recruitment coordination team to ensure service excellence and profitability is maintained.
Profile
As the successful Recruitment Coordinator Team Lead, you will demonstrate:
- Previous recruitment coordination experience for an embedded MSP/RPO programme.
- Understanding of MSP recruitment lifecycle to include, onboarding, renewals, payroll etc.
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement within a recruitment / HR setting.
- Experience leading a team of administrators within a recruitment/HR setting (desirable).
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Sound business ethics and integrity.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Able to work within company procedures and standards.
- Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.
- Strong understanding of industry and markets.
