Bookkeeper - Warwickshire, United Kingdom - AD Finance
Description
I am working with a fantastic company who are looking for an experienced and dedicated Bookkeeper to work from our office in Warwickshire, reporting to the Finance ManagerResponsibilities:
- Maintaining our computerised financial records, including purchases, sales, employee expenses, credit card and petty cash transactions, bank receipts and payments.
- Liaison with suppliers and credit customers.
- Production of sales invoices for credit customers and advertising recharges
- Credit control.
- Monthly reconciliation of bank and other control accounts.
- Preparing supplier payments
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience and competency in the use of Xero and Excel
- Experience with Dext (an invoice recognition software) would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of payable/receivable accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence to use initiative and prioritise tasks whilst also being a strong communicator and team player
- Experience with meeting targets and deadlines
- Key personal attributes: reliable, responsible, decisive and organised
- Commitment and dedication to high standards and accuracy
- Ability to liaise, collaborate & communicate with the wider team & business

Salary:
£28,000-£32,000 pro rata, depending on experience
Days/Hours:
Part Time hours per week, by agreement
