Sinclair Recruitment are currently looking for 3x PIA Groundworkers to work on a fibre project in BlackburnMust have previous experience in cabling and pipeworks. will be digging tracks, laying cable and backfilling.
Must have:
- NRSWA Streetworks
- CPCS/NPORS 360
- DL01, DB01, CD01 and BBM1 certs
- Driving license
Monday to Friday
7.30am to 6pm

- Blackburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Groundworks: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CPCS or NPORS Card 360 Operators Card +/ 10t (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Streetworks NRSWA (required)
- PIA
- DL01, DB01, CD01 and BBM1 (preferred)
