Essential Criteria:

HCPC Registered Clinical Scientist or Radiographer Masters degree or equivalent experience Evidence of innovation in practice Evidence of ability to manage change effectively Knowledge and application of current professional issues Ongoing, professional development with documented evidence Demonstrable post-registration experience in a leadership position, with significant evidence of clinical knowledge Demonstrable experience in managing teams and clinical services Extensive experience of Quality Assurance/Quality Management Programmes and supporting software Able to analyse information and problem solve effectively Interpersonal skills Able to demonstrate the Trust core values and behaviours in day to day approach to work Able to work across multiple sites Desirable: Recognised management qualification Experience in acquiring quality assurance/quality management accreditation.
