Account Manager

Southampton City Centre, SO17 (office based)

£25k basic + uncapped commission OTE £45K


Our client is growing their team and are looking for individuals with experience in sales and account management who are looking for a new challenge.


Their goal is to provide excellent customer service to our clients, so we need someone who has the confidence and skills to relate to our clients' advertising/promotional needs.

We sell advertising to help our customers -marine professionals - sell theirboats, products, and services.


The job:

  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
  • Sell advertising on their website in the marine industry
  • Organise your day and balance your time making calls and managing accounts
  • Build relationships over the phone

About You:

  • At least one year of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Have a great telephone manner and ability to generate sales over the phone
  • The ability to thrive from working in a targetdriven sales role
  • Be able to generate new business from cold calling to meet targets
  • Be able to grow relationships with existing clients
  • Be selfmotivated with drive and a thorough, disciplined approach to sales
  • Be flexible and resilient when challenged with objections
  • Enjoy working in a team environment

You will get:
