ProGen Services are looking for an Experienced M&E estimator with a commercial and industrial background.

The Role

Ensure tenders are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards
Perform technical review of services, products and subcontractors within tenders
Effective communication with senior management, designers, consultants,clients/Architects and project team.
Assist the with the preparation of variation breakdowns for submission to the client or the client representatives.
Directly engage key suppliers and subcontractors for costs relating to a project
Taking off drawings and measuring for estimates
Find innovative methods, use of materials & safe systems of work which will impact heavily on the tender costs
Perform regular reviews of drawings / document control on site, ensuring the correct versions are being used
Assist the with value management and value engineering

Essential Qualification / Experience:

Excellent communication skills, personal confidence
Proven experience in M&E building services
Exceptional skills in managing a heavy workload
Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a larger team
Excellent communication skills
Very accurate attention to detail
Professional manner with keen negotiating skills
It would be preferable to have good knowledge of other disciplines within Mechanical Installations

Salary:
£23,079.31-£58,780.66 per year

Hybrid remote in Immingham
