Join us as a Data Modelling Manager

  • Daytoday, you'll be developing a team of analysts to deliver valuable customer strategies and solutions to drive customer outcome improvements

What you'll do:

You'll be leading your team through effective performance management while adhering to our organisation's risk and control policies.

We'll look to you to recommend improvements to our stakeholders through a customer-focused approach, analytics, and effective solutions to problems.

Every day, you'll be championing analytics to make an impact on our stakeholders.

To do this, you'll develop an understanding of our business while building stakeholder relationships across our franchises, functions and data and analytics community.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Delivering your team's work stack by managing skills and resources while supporting our organisation at a senior level and embedding data and analytics in decision making
  • Presenting analytical insights clearly to convey complicated technical information to an appropriate audience
  • Improving customer outcomes by enabling access to data across the full customer journey while embedding strategic visions for the adoption of new data solutions across the team
  • Monitoring emerging industry trends and keeping uptodate with external factors, like new technology
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement to increase productivity through effective leadership, risk management, coaching and skill development

The skills you'll need:

We're looking for someone who'll have specialist knowledge of data management to be able to support our analytics.


You'll also need:

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience of leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Outstanding senior stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • An understanding of how data and tools can be used to solve complex business problems
  • An understanding of high normalised and denormalised databases with previous experience in modelling with NoSQL, RDBMS systems.
