An annual salary of £38,000 + Company Van Plus Benefits

The Company expects high standards of quality, workmanship, health, safety and environmental management and you are responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting its achievement.

You will need to use your skills, knowledge, experience, and trainingto ensure "the right work at the right time" is delivered for customers and end users.

You will be accountable for void properties based in Fareham. Managing operatives to carry out their work, so we can deliver the right work at the right time. To audit quality of work and safety of operatives and to price, plan and deliver larger plannedworks.

The Required Qualifications for the Role

NVQ or equivalent in trade specific
SSSTS Health and Safety (Desirable)
Scaffold Inspector course (Desirable)
Have a full driving licence.

The Required Experience for the Role
-
5 years' experience of working in a Building Maintenance environment across multiple trades
