The Opportunity:
JAR Tracking have designed a bespoke tracking and alarm solution to protect Banks and ATMs.
Advances to the solution have been developed to combat the ongoing ATM attack trends around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events.
Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external employees and clients.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and followup on action items.
Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Office Management:
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
- Managed and organize the CEO's expenses.
- Manage and organize the company bills and expenses and coordinate it with the company accountant.
- Manage Amazon and other curriers Deliveries and shipments to/from our clients/suppliers.
Document Management:
- Assist in the preparation and review of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
Qualifications:
- Preferably, bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
