Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of
Kitchen Porter
(Part time) at the
New Opening The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chefs and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchen,


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
  • Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a kitchen.
  • Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative

The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool is a new hotel opening under the IHG Vignette Brand. Which will be the first of the Luxury lifestyle Brand in the UK. Managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
