WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a busy Reception role with lots of variety. You will be providing front of house service alongside administrative support.
- Diary management
- Meet and greet clients, providing teas and coffees
- Ordering catering supplies
- Meeting room management
- Maintaining zoom pods and pod allocations
- Receive and direct incoming calls
- Regularly update the phone lists
- Manage incoming post and outgoing post, book couriers
- Process team expenses, invoice checking for reception orders
- Maintain spreadsheets for reception facilities
- Updating the reception manual, providing new procedures
- Event organisation & socials
- Travel coordination to cover for team PA's
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience within a similar role. You will be the type of person who is super organised, well presented and have a 'can do' attitude.
Essential requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience dealing with high network clients
- Proactive nature, good use of initiative
- Welcoming, friendly and has a positive attitude
- Willing to step into cover when required
- Extremely organised and can multitask
- Strong communication, written and verbal
- High attention to detail
