WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a busy Reception role with lots of variety. You will be providing front of house service alongside administrative support.

  • Diary management
  • Meet and greet clients, providing teas and coffees
  • Ordering catering supplies
  • Meeting room management
  • Maintaining zoom pods and pod allocations
  • Receive and direct incoming calls
  • Regularly update the phone lists
  • Manage incoming post and outgoing post, book couriers
  • Process team expenses, invoice checking for reception orders
  • Maintain spreadsheets for reception facilities
  • Updating the reception manual, providing new procedures
  • Event organisation & socials
  • Travel coordination to cover for team PA's

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience within a similar role. You will be the type of person who is super organised, well presented and have a 'can do' attitude.


Essential requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience dealing with high network clients
  • Proactive nature, good use of initiative
  • Welcoming, friendly and has a positive attitude
  • Willing to step into cover when required
  • Extremely organised and can multitask
  • Strong communication, written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
